Extra Lean Ground Turkey
Mac Nut Oil
Red Chili Flakes
1 cup Non Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
Brown Extra Lean Ground Turkey (drain and set aside)...
Then in a large skillet add in a 2 tablespoons mac nut oil and let heat. Toss in finely diced sweet onions, pinch of nutmeg, red chilli flakes, fresh garlic and pepper (all to taste). Cook until onions are golden. Then add in baby portabella mushrooms, cook till soft. Lower heat to lowest setting and add in non fat plain greek yogurt, cook until just warm and toss over the turkey.
I serve it with either spagetti squash (to lower carbs) or over buckwheat soba noodles. Fresh parm to top makes it fab!
