Trailmix Protein Balls

INGREDIENTS:

 

1 cup nut butter (I used Justin's maple almond butter)
1 cup unsweetened dried coconut chips or shredded coconut
1/2 cup raisins or cranberries
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup carob chips or bittersweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp yacon syrup (or agave syrup)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
25 drops (approximately) Liquid Stevia or 1/2 granulated stevia.
cinnamon
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder ( optional)

 

DIRECTIONS:

 

Easy as measuring all ingredients into a bowl and mixing. Ball form is
optional but fun to eat. Store in the fridge or freezer ( if they last
that long!) as they tend to get melty at room temp.
