Green Monster Shake ( or mint chocolate ice cream!)


1 scoop Vanilla Plant Protein (or protein of choice)
1 scoop superfoods Plant Protein with Greens
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup (or Brie's massive 2 cups) fresh spinach and/or greens
1 cup coconut milk
lots of cinnamon
2 packets stevia
tons of ice
and/or any other fun supplements you are currently having fun with


Blend with your favorite kitchen power tool. The more ice and less
liquids you use the better. Thick is fun. Spoon-required smoothies are
best! (and this stuff makes really great protein ice creams- just
subtract berries, add 1T unsweetened coca powder and 1/4tsp peppermint
extract and voila! Mint chocolate chip ice cream... And it's green!)
