Island Tilapia 

28g Protein
18g Carbs
9g Fat

1T coconut oil 
Tilapia fillet
1c broccoli slaw (in a bag)
Desired red onion
2T Sriracha Peas

Pan fry tilapia in coconut oil. Once fish is white and fluffy, toss in the broccoli slaw. Cover the pan to soften the slaw just slightly. Add in desired salt, pepper, mrs. Dash, and even garlic for an extra kick. I like to add the peas and red onion at the very end to keep the crunch. You can mix everything together or keep the fish whole. And that's it!
