Kettlebell Workout (may also use DB)

1. Squat & Swing (15 reps)

 

2. Squat & Curl (10 reps each arm)

 

3. Single Arm Rows (15 reps each arm)

 

4. Press & Reverse Lunges (press up with one arm as the same leg goes back into a lunge)

 

5. Upright Rows (15 reps)

 

6. Squat Jumps (hold kettle bell between legs) (25 reps)

 

**3 sets**
